Card and sleeve sizes

Nearly every sizing mistake comes from assuming there is one standard. There are two, and Yu-Gi-Oh! does not use the same one as Magic.

Nominal dimensions. Manufacturers vary by about a millimetre, which matters when double-sleeving.
